Removal of machining marks, heat scale, weld splatter and discolouration even rust is no problem. Equally just as effective at surface preparation prior to plating, painting or powder coating or if your products need a particular cosmetic surface finish imparting on them.
Ultrasonic cleaning equipment
XTS also provides a full manufacturing, sales, support and service for our extensive range of ‘XTRON’ branded ultrasonic cleaning equipment. These units: from the smallest bath to the largest automated multi-tank system, provide cost effective deep down cleaning on components as diverse as filters, bearings, hydraulics, diesel injectors, extrusion dies, moulds, PCB’s, electronics, and optical items.
