It can meet most of the e-commerce DWS information acquisition and sorting needs. It is composed of two-stage connected belt line, two-stage dynamic scale, information processing section and flash sorter. The number of sorting outlets and multi-faceted code reading can be customized according to customer requirements.


The main function of this E-commerce Standard Set Series is dimension scanning, weighing, sorting control, data uploading and 1D/2D code scanning. The application area of this device including warehouse, logistics, express, e-commerce, storage, etc. Package type can be paper box, wooden case, nylon/ poly bag, envelope, irregular objects, etc. The package scanning size is from 100*100*10mm to 8000*800*800mm L*W*H while the weighing range is from 50 g to 80,000 g. The scanning efficiency can reach up to 2500 to 3500 pcs/H. The code accuracy is up to 99.99% if the code sheet is clear, complete and without wrinkles. Weight error is ±15 g while volume error is ±10 mm. Assemble line width of this equipment including 800 / 1000 / 1200mm. The sorting routed of this equipments is 5 port. However, customers can add more routes based on personal preferences. Customers have option on code reading direction which include top side / 3-side / 5-side. This equipment should be keeping out of sunlight. The code type includes Code128, Code39, Code93,EAN 8, EAN13, UPC-A, ITF25, Codebar; QR Code,  DM code (ECC200). The equipment size of Top-Scan DWS Equipment is 1850mm *1150mm *2650 mm L*W*H. The software interfaces of this equipment include HTTP, TCP and 485 and is implementing Senad DWS software. It is supported by Windows 7/10 32/64 bits.
